What is Molly? Which opening? I recommend that you have Molly looked at by a veterinarian. Find an Avian Vet

Your bird needs to be examined by an Avian Vet ONLY in your driving area because the red spot could be blood which is very dangerous. Find an Avian Vet

The other problem you have is poor diet. Your bird needs to be eating high quality organic pellets like Harrison's which provide all the nutrients birds need without all the fat of all seed diets. Below is link to article about how to go about change as it takes time. Your bird has to be examined by an Avian Vet first since she appears to possibly be ill.
