Yes, your bird is likely very ill. Please Find an Avian Vet right away for your bird.

If you have any air fresheners or other toxic items in the air, please remove them right away. If you have an iron, oven or pans with Teflon coating that has overheated, this could be the cause too.

If the bird flies around your home, it could have ingested something toxic. If your bird does not go to an avian vet for yearly visits and vaccines, it could have a contagious disease.

The list goes on and on, so you can see why your bird has to be seen in person by an avian vet to determine what is wrong, in order to get the correct remedy.
