Me and my brother got a baby budgie a week ago and he keeps standing on one leg and shaking the one in the air. I think he hurt it. What should I do????????

Sounds to me that the bird is sick. My vet always asks me during an exam, if the bird stands on both feet, or switching btwn them when relaxed. If the bird is favoring one foot over the other, then a vet visit needs to take place.
As your bird is still young, it could be something simple as he's working on building strength in his legs. Without an exact age of the bird, would be hard to say.
I dont know how old your brother is, but if he's young, you might want to consider having someone supervise him while he interacts with the bird to ensure he's being handled properly.
I do strongly suggest an avian vet, right away. Only they will have answers for you upon examination. First thing to do is rule out illness, and injury.
