my new parrotlet is on the ground shaking and holding stuff with his beak? he cant stand and looks like he is having a fit

Parrotlet on ground

Hi there,
Your Parrotlet shaking on the ground? He or she is saying "I'm not well". You should go to a Vet immediately with your bird. You shouldn't be here asking for our advice. Please take your dear little bird to a Vet please; don't wait another minute because you'll be very sorry. I do hope that you'll take him or her to see the Vet and I pray that your bird will get well. Take care and God bless!
