Bird biting wings

Your bird could be allergic to something you are feeding it, it could have a bacterial infection, or any number of things.

Cheap pellets, colored pellets and human foods have chemicals, sugar and other things that can cause these symptoms.

If you leave water in the cage for more than 3 - 4 hours, then your bird may have a bacterial infection from drinking and bathing in bacteria water.

The only way to know what is going on, is to take your bird to an avian vet. Nobody can tell you anything over the Internet. Please use this Find an Avian Vet link to find an avian vet for your bird so it can be examined to determine what is wrong and what the potential treatment might be.
