Why is there a hard lump on my conures wing?

I have a 12 year old green cheek conure. About a month ago I noticed a hard small lump on his wing. He let me dig through his feathers and its a small pointy white bump..it almost looks as if something is trying to come through his skin but didnt go through. I thought it may be a pin feather but it has been there for over a month. Does anyone have an idea as to what it coould be?

is it on both wings and in the same place if it is this is very normal all birds have it if no could be something else take to vet if no

Hard pointy thing in wing

If it is not a feather coming in, then I wonder if it broke a wing bone? Their bones are hollow and break easily. You might need to take your bird to an avian vet for an exam to determine what is going on.
