What has been neglected to be mentioned is that a new parrot in a new home, environment & with new people will not eat for up to 3-4 days. This is quite normal for new birds. After 2 to 4 days they will start to eat. IF after that time they don't you might need to take your bird to a vet to make sure there is nothing wrong.

You will also rarely see a parrot drink, this doesn't mean they don't drink. It just mean you don't see it happen. A parrot on a large amount of pellets will be more likely to be seen to drink water regularly than a parrot on a large amount of fruit & veg. This is because pellets are very dry & fruit & veg have high water content, meaning they require less water.

Parrot is not eating

Your bird may just not be eating in front of you, you need to measure a few pellets and then check later to see if any are missing.

It is also possible your bird has reverted back to needing to be hand fed, in that case you need to immediately contact the breeder and get them to feed the bird until it is fully weaned.

The last possibility is that your bird is sick and needs an avian vet. You will need to Find an Avian Vet for your bird so it can be examined to determine what is wrong and what the potential treatment might be.
