Wing discoloration

My Quaker's wings have begun turning a dark blackish color around the edges on his back and wings. Is this something I should worry about?

This is a nutritional issue, most likely. Please read the Switching Birds to Pellets article if your bird is not eating a healthy pellet diet. Also, please Find an Avian Vet for your bird, so you can rule out illness.
