Feathers will start coming back in during the next molt, so you're looking at 6 months or more before clipping again. Be sure and only clip the 4-6 long primary flight feathers on the ends of each wing. If you cut up any higher, the bird is in chronic pain and falls like a rock which can cause severe injuries. If you are not familiar with clipping wings and nails, take bird to avian vet to have this done. Just be careful to allow no one to cut more than the first line of feathers on the wings. When these are cut, the bird can glide safely to the floor and will not be injured.
