Worm like thing above cere

My budgie had a little lump above her cere it was noticeable because of feathers missing. I put llium drops on here cere because it grew big again and started blocking her nostrils but the afternoon after putting drops on it made the lump come out about 5mm like I hard worm I touched it and it dropped off leaving a hole where it was do you know what it was can you help with a conclusion thanks
