Wound on bird

I have a prakeet and its been rubing its head against the bars on her cage and now she has a wound next to her beak what should I do?

 Bird rubs until there is a wound

You will need to Find an Avian Vet for your bird, to find out what is causing her to rub and to treat the wound before she gets a bacterial infection.
