Wound on Wing?

I got an abused Keet from my sister today. She is very aggressive and frightened and seems to hate EVERYONE.
Today I noticed that under her wing she had a pink spot. IS that a wound? I can't see it unless her feathers are out but when I do catch a glimpse it appears almost like she has a pink wound of some sort....or is that suppose to be there?
