Year old green cheek conure

I have a sweet little one year old green cheek conure. She eats healthy and always seems to be in a happy and active mood. Recently I had noticed that she had started twitching her left wing. I work at petsmart and have a good idea on how to check for blood feathers and such, but when I did I didnt see anything worry-some. Should I be worried or take her to an avian vet? She also chews on hair, I dont allow her to but it seems to be an urge for her. Is this normal behavior?
