Yellow Collared Macaw

Someone locally has a ten year old yellow collared macaw which I am considering buying. All of the macaws I have owned in the past have a nice white bare skinned cheek area. This bird's bare skin cheek area is yellowish. Is this normal for this species?

Cheek color in YC Macaws

This is a normal coloration for Y-c Macaws.
