Yellow head parrot stopped talking

All of a sudden my yellowhead parrot stoped talking and makes funny noises. We had him for 18 years and his right leg seems to be weak. He eats fine and it seems as if by the day he is walking faster is this normal?

You need to Find an Avian Vet for your bird right away. It could have a tumor or something causing the leg issue and when a parrot stops talking it is almost always a sign of illness.
