yellow spots on red elclectus head

we have a female red eclectus, and get yellow spots on her head, she is 2 years old, the other one age 3 have no problem and eat the same food.

Yellow spots on bird's head

Nutrition can still be a factor. Eclectus should be eating 65-70% pellets. Also inadequate lighting. Birds need full spectrum lighting. Damaged feather follicles can cause abnormally color feathers; and circovirus can do it, the PBFD or Beak and Feather Disease virus. I recommend you take your bird to se an avian specialist.
