Zebra Finches

I have a White Female Zebra Finch, and she was going bold around her bottom and her neck, But now she looks healthy and better. But ive been looking at her beak and its cracky, and there is something next to it. It would like a pimple on a human, but its on my bird. I dont know what it is, its been there for quiet a while, But i didnt think of looking up what it was. could you help me find out if she needs to see someone, or should i just forget about it.
